For over 25 years, Sunland has been a prominent name in the non-ferrous metal industry, specializing in aluminum alloy manufacturing. Our journey began in 1997 with Sunland Recycling Industries, starting with a modest capacity of 2000 MT. Today, Sunland stands strong with three state-of-the-art manufacturing plants strategically located in Silvassa, UT Dadra and Nagar Haveli near Mumbai, and Bhiwadi, Rajasthan near Delhi. We are actively expanding our Bhiwadi facility to enhance sorting and melting capacities and are poised to venture into liquid aluminium production.
Sunland is the ultimate metal recycling luminary, boasting state-of-the-art Skelner furnaces, rotary sieves, shredders, gravitational separation, and zorba processing facilities. We pride ourselves on being eco-warriors, leading the charge for sustainable metal recycling. Our planet-friendly approach is in full swing, with advanced pollution control measures such as bag houses, I.D fans, and wet scrubbers.
At Sunland, quality is our hallmark. We produce various grades of aluminium alloy in compliance with rigorous JIS and British standards to meet the exacting requirements of our esteemed clients, which include premium OEMs such as Maruti Suzuki, Honda two wheelers, India Yamaha, Bajaj, and Jai Hind.
Our dedication to excellence is underscored by our ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 certifications across all plants. In the fiscal year 2022-23, our group achieved a remarkable turnover of approximately 1300 crores. With a dedicated workforce of around 700, we are poised to continue our legacy of innovation, quality, and sustainability in the non-ferrous metal industry.
